New Zilculator pricing, and what stays the same

If you’re already a Zilculator subscriber, nothing changes. Your current rate stays as it is for as long as you stay subscribed, and you don’t need to do anything.

Starting October 1, 2026, new subscriptions are priced like this. It’s the first change since 2016.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Why now. Pro has been $19 and Premium $29 for ten years. This year I’ve put real work back into the product, and the new pricing reflects that:

• AI Investment Memos: every report can now open with a written summary you’d send a buyer-client, with controls for tone, length and audience. Read more →
• Rental comps now run on a refreshed data source.
• CMA maps and comp pins render correctly in PDF reports.
• Reports can be emailed straight to your client, with replies coming back to you.

Zilculator is still built for agents and brokers who serve investors: pull in the property data, run the numbers, and send a branded report your client can act on.
